Through the joint work of the Omnivigil and Zoho development teams, we are pleased to announce that Omnivigil services are now available on the Zoho Marketplace. The Marketplace is an online store that users can browse to discover extensions for Zoho products, custom applications and even industry solutions. With more than 1,000 available extensions, 1.35 million annual visitors and over 20,000 monthly installations, Zoho Marketplace has become a go-to tool for the industry. Omnivigil's telephony services have been integrated with Zoho's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for quite some time. In fact, if you use a regular VoIP phone or softphone, your Omnivigil subscription allows you to integrate it with Zoho's CRM platform through our monthly "Zoho - Phonebridge" service.

This new integration of Omnivigil to the Zoho Marketplace comes with another piece of good news: from now on, Omnivigil's telephony services will be easily integrated with several other Zoho applications that benefit from the use of IP telephony.
